Onsite performs HEDIS measure DEXA Scan on female patients qualifying for measure with recent fractures. The in-home procedure is performed by a licensed and insured LVN via radial ultra-sound scan. Reports are directly forwarded to PCP or can be accessible via our secure web portal.
